Digital goods

Because products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final and we generally don't offer refunds once a file has been downloaded or a bundle emailed.

When we'll make it right

• A file is broken, corrupted, or won't install and we can't fix it.
• You were charged twice for the same item.
• You bought the wrong item and haven't downloaded it yet.

How to ask

Email us within 14 days of purchase with your receipt and what went wrong. We read every message and try to be fair.

Memberships

You can cancel your membership anytime; it stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. We don't pro-rate partial months.
